At English Furniture, we pride ourselves on a seamless and transparent process that ensures the highest quality for every bespoke cabinetry project. From the initial concept to final installation, each step is meticulously crafted to meet your unique requirements.
Step 1: Initial Estimate
We start by reviewing and pricing your project based on detailed architectural or designer drawings. Our team provides an initial estimate, which is subject to confirmation following a site survey.
Step 2: Deposit and Site Survey
After accepting the estimate, a 10% deposit secures your project. We then visit the site to conduct a thorough survey, capturing accurate measurements and details. Production drawings are prepared at this stage for your review.
Step 3: Approval and Production Payment
With the production drawings approved, we request a 40% payment to initiate the manufacturing phase. This ensures all materials and resources are procured for a seamless production process.
Step 4: Manufacturing
Our expert craftsmen begin the meticulous manufacturing process, which typically takes 10–14 weeks. Each piece is built to the highest standards, ensuring durability and exquisite detail.
Step 5: Packaging and Shipment
Once complete, cabinetry is carefully protected and packaged for shipment. We can organize transportation and shipping on your behalf. The balance payment is required at this stage.
Step 6: Delivery to the Site
Upon arrival, the cabinetry is transported to the site. Clients can manage this step or entrust us to handle it for added convenience.
Step 7: Installation
Your cabinetry is delivered and placed according to the project specifications. Installation can be completed by our skilled team or a cabinetry installer of your choice.

Should damages occur, we offer repair services at an additional cost, which includes transportation and cabinetry restoration expenses.
